The Royal Vault: Shipping & Alchemy Policy

At The Royal Vault, we believe that true quality requires intentional timing. Each artifact in our collection is crafted using specialized printing and production techniques to ensure your "vibrational armor" meets our sovereign standards.

1. Production & Processing (The Alchemy Phase)

Before your order is cleared for transit, it undergoes a dedicated production phase.

  • Timeline: Please allow 2–4 business days for your items to be printed, tailored, and inspected.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods or new collection drops, production may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we finalize your gear with precision.

2. Shipping Rates & Timelines

Once the alchemy phase is complete, your order will be handed over to our trusted carriers.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after the production phase.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for those who require their artifacts on a faster timeline.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves the vault.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently provide shipping to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories.

  • Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Address Alignment

To ensure a successful delivery, please verify your shipping address at checkout. The Royal Vault is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, The Royal Vault is no longer responsible for its status. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a monitored address to ensure your cargo reaches you safely.
