Because our collections are produced with high-vibrational precision and often made-to-order, we adhere to a strict Exchange-Only policy to maintain the integrity of our vault.

1. Exchange Policy

We want to ensure your "vibrational armor" aligns perfectly with your silhouette. If you are unsatisfied with your selection, we offer exchanges for store credit or an alternative size/design within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your sacred cargo is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will prioritize your alignment immediately.

  • Eligibility: Only items received in a damaged state are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method or a complimentary replacement.

  • Reporting: You must report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain sanctuary standards of hygiene and energetic purity, the following items are final sale:

  • Opened or used herbal/skincare products.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Vault Clearance."

  • Intimate apparel or accessories.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders enter our production flow quickly. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has moved into the "alchemy" (production/shipping) phase, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under our exchange policy.

5. Alchemy Notice (Kind Tips)

As noted in our product descriptions, slight variations in color, print positioning, and minor size discrepancies (within 1–2cm) are normal phenomena of the sublimation and production process. These unique intricacies are markers of artistic authenticity and are not considered manufacturing defects.
